Coaching with Jason Xie · Jason X Road

What I bring

Three things I can actually help you with.

01Form calibration — I'll show you how to fine-tune your movement and set-up, to help you activate the target muscle and improve your overall training efficiency and quality.
02Starting from zero — your first steps into the gym; I'll guide you on how to start properly.
03Staying consistent — I run alongside you and keep you accountable.

Coaching

Work with me.

I take on a small number of people, in person only for now — no online program. Tell me where you're at and what you're after, and I'll see if my experience and expertise can help you.

01In the gym with you — form and technique, session by session, until the right muscle is doing the work without you having to think about it.
02Your plan, built with you — we sit down together and build your training and nutrition around your numbers; then, when we meet, we read your log together and change what it says to change — or leave it alone when it's working.
03Anything else — a one-off form check, a question, or something not on this list. Ask.
