The Z2O Tracker.
The handbook teaches you to build your plan. This is where you run it: your workout note with the Inventory underneath, your meals, your weigh-ins — and once a month, your check-in, using the handbook's own prompts. It lives on your phone. Nothing to install.
Open the appBefore you open it
The app is the second half of the loop. Do the handbook's first half first, or the app has nothing to work with.
- 01Run the Router and your sit-down prompts in the handbook. That's where your phase, your calorie and protein targets, and your first workout come from. The app doesn't set any of those — it only holds them.
- 02Ask that chat for your setup summary and paste it into the app. The handbook shows the exact request. It's the only thing the app's coach knows about your plan.
- 03Sign in with a Claude account you'll keep. Your record is stored in your own account and is private to you — I can't see it. A free account works. The AI features count against your own limits, not mine.
- 04Skip the data chat. If you use the app, it is the data chat. Log the three inputs in it each day; in four weeks, open its Coach tab and run your check-in there.
- 05Export at every checkpoint. Settings → Export everything. Your data stays yours; the export is your backup.
Put it on your home screen
iPhone: open the link in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen. It opens full-screen after that, one tap from the lock screen.
Where it breaks is the point. What confused you, what the coach got wrong, where a number looked off — the feedback form takes two minutes →

Photo macro estimates are estimates — edit the numbers before you save them. The app never stores your photos, only the numbers. For ages 18+. Before you start, read the Health & Fitness Disclaimer — particularly the section on AI output. Your use of the app is subject to the Terms & Conditions.
